Lucy Boynton was conceived on 17th January 1994 in the city of New York. Though she was born in New York, Lucy Boynton spent most of her growing up in London. Lucys father Graham Boynton works as a travel editor at Telegraph Media Group. He is British. Her mother Adriaane Pielou is also an editor of travel and is employed as a reporter for Conde Nast Traveller London. Lucy's younger sister Emma Louise works as a broadcaster. Stella Maeve (born in 1961) is an American actor who is best known for the brilliant actress of Julia Wicker who appeared on The Magicians. Maeve comes from New York, and has been identified as Native American. She is a part Blackfoot and part Cherokee. She was featured in Liminality the short film that was released in 2005. That year she also appeared on the big screen for the first time in the critically acclaimed comedy-drama Transamerica . That same year, her first TV appearance was on a episode from Season 4 of Law & Order Criminal Intent. Nadia Decotis became a part of Dick Wolf's Chicago brand Chicago P.D. . In 2015 she reprised her role as the main character for the role of lead Law & Order Special Victims Unit, a series from Wolf's previous television show. In the same year, she began playing Julia Wicker the lead female in Syfy's fantasy drama show The Magicians. Stella Maeve, who had a successful career as an actor on TV was also a part-time actress in independent films. In the star cast of 2012's dramatic film Starlet she won the Robert Altman Award at the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
