Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she won four more health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite being completely unprepared. The competition was among the best. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm lat pull-downs. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
